Functions

We have several function rooms available, depending on the size of your function. Full catering can be provided. To discuss options, phone 07 378 4048 to speak to our functions coordinator Sarah.

FUNCTION ROOMS - DETAILS & PRICES

COMMITTEE ROOM… This room holds up to 16 people. You’re welcome to decorate the room, but all decorations must be removed by yourself at the conclusion of your function. Unfortunately there is no facility for Music. You will be using the Clubs Main Bar. If you choose to have catering, this will be set up in your room. Price to hire is $12.50 per hour with a minimum 2 hour charge. No contract or Bond required.

RUAPEHU ROOM… This room holds up to 50 people. You’re welcome to decorate the room, but all decorations must be removed by yourself at the conclusion of your function. A small stereo is allowed. You will be using the Clubs Main Bar. If you choose to have catering, this will be set up in your room. Price to hire is $12.50 per hour with a minimum 2 hour charge. No contract or bond required.

TONGARIRO ROOM… This room holds up to 100 people. You’re welcome to decorate the room, but all decorations must be removed by yourself at the conclusion of your function. It’s possible to have a Band, DJ or Stereo System. You will be using the Clubs Main Bar. If you choose to have catering, this will be set up in your room. Price to hire is $100 Half Day or $150 Full Day. No contract or bond required.

TAUHARA ROOM… This room holds up to 180 people. It’s complete with own bar facilities and dancefloor. It’s possible to have a Band, DJ or Stereo System or use our Built - In Sound System. You’re welcome to decorate the room, but all decorations must be removed by yourself at the conclusion of your function. There’s also lift access to this room. It’s $150 to hire and $150 refundable bond. There’s a contract to be signed and all conditions of use are outlined in there.

Please contact Lorraine or Margie in the office (07) 378 4048 to discuss your specific requirements and costs,  We also have a function co-ordinator who will ensure that your event will run smoothly.

The cost of the room covers the provision of bar staff (where appropriate).  All alcohol and food consumed on the premises must be purchased from the Club.

Decoration of the room is allowed but there are conditions.

Entertainment is the responsibility of the Hirer.
