Functions

We have rooms available for functions of all sizes and provide full, on-site catering and bar service.  Call our Function Coordinator, Anna on 07 3780381 or email functions@taupocossie.co.nz to discuss options.

FUNCTION ROOMS - DETAILS & CHARGES

COMMITTEE ROOM:  Up to 16 people.   The club bar is available. 

 Room hire is $12.50 per hour with a minimum 2 hour charge. 

RUAPEHU ROOM:  Up to 50 people. The club bar is available. 

Room hire is $12.50 per hour with a minimum 2 hour charge. 

TONGARIRO ROOM:   Up to 100 people.  The club bar is available. 

 Room hire is $100/half day or $150/full day. 

TAUHARA LOUNGE:  Up to 180 people and has its' own bar, dancefloor and lift access.  Ideal for a band, DJ or stereo system.  Our built-in sound system is available. 

Room hire is $150 plus a $150 bond.  The bond is refundable subject to the room being left undamaged with no additional cleaning requirement.  Room hire is confirmed upon completion of a contract.

 

All alcohol and food consumed on the premises must be purchased from the Club.

Decoration of the room is allowed, but there are conditions.

Entertainment is the responsibility of the hirer.
